Super Maria and Wonder Rouge, who belong to the Tera Military Force and protect Earth's peace, receive reports of a monster sighting and split up to search the city.
However, Spamaria realized that the man's true identity was Octus, a Tentacle alien criminal who was skilled in martial arts, and narrowed down his search.
Maria discovers Octus on the roof of a certain building and chases him inside the building, but is ambushed and taken away.
Wonder Rouge learns of Super Maria's disappearance and discovers Octus' hideout, but she too is attacked by surprise and faints.
Wonder Rouge wakes up and finds Maria leaning against the water tank with a serious injury, but she is attacked by Octus again.
Wonder Rouge is hurt by Octus, who becomes much stronger in water, and is in a desperate situation.
Meanwhile, when Super Maria finally recovers and awakens, she is being watched over by the female snake monster Medusa.
Maria fights Medusa. However, Octus appears after defeating Wonder Rouge, and Maria is cornered with a 2-1 disadvantage.
