Lee Mei-hwa (Lee Mei-fa) is an investigator with the ISD. She is a kung fu master who works on special missions. One day, she rescues a chemist named Kito Ren who is being attacked by the evil organization, the Black Dragon Society. Haryu, the leader of the Black Dragon Society, attacks Kito Ren to force him to cooperate with a human weapons project! Mei-fa tries to protect Ren from the Black Dragon Society's pursuers, but Ren is taken hostage and she is taken to the enemy's hideout! She is subjected to harsh interrogation!
